[Remote] Customer Service Representative I Bilingual French

Risk Strategies Company is seeking a Bilingual (French) Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary contact for customers, agents, and clients in the US and Canada. This role involves answering insurance-related questions, assisting with problem resolution, and maintaining departmental productivity and accuracy standards.ResponsibilitiesTalk with customers, agents and clients by phone and/or web to answer insurance related questions regarding the customerโs account. Follow-up will be needed to ensure accuracy of information, timely response and outstanding customer issues.
