Remote Customer Service Representative I
Are you looking to work in an exciting remote customer service position taking exclusively inbound calls? We are hiring customer service oriented, computer savvy individuals for a premier service provider here in the Lansing area.
REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB DECSRIPTION:
This position is responsible for taking inbound calls and providing a high level of customer service. Also responds to email inquiries.
REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Customer Service
· Documents calls accurately
· Performs data entry updates
· Navigates between computer programs seamlessly during calls
· Handles calls that may deviate from standard screens, scripts, and procedures
· Communicates complex information using job experience to anticipate and proactively address related questions.
REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High school diploma, G. E. D.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High Level of Computer Competency
Minimum six months general office experience required
REMOTE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
· Knowledge of how to navigate computer programs
· Impeccable phone etiquette
· Dedication to customer service
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
· Ability to multi task
· Ability to follow established procedures
· Ability to manage time
· Ability to work with others
Pay: $15/hr
