Position Overview – Why This Role Matters
As a Work‑From‑Home Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be the front line of our member experience. You will field inbound calls and digital inquiries, resolve complex benefit questions, and guide members through the nuances of their health‑care plans. Key Responsibilities

Member Interaction: Answer inbound phone calls, emails, and chat messages from members with professionalism, courtesy, and a sense of urgency.

Essential Qualifications
