Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from careerzynith cardholders, delivering courteous, accurate, and timely assistance.
Maintain and update customer information in careerzynith’s secure, computerized system, ensuring data integrity across multiple windows and applications.
Resolve inquiries ranging from balance checks and payment processing to dispute resolution and account updates.
Authorize sales transactions, apply promotional offers, and guide customers through product features while adhering to compliance standards.
Build lasting relationships with customers by actively listening, empathizing, and providing personalized solutions.
Collaborate with teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to share best practices and improve overall service quality.
Participate in scheduled in‑person training sessions at the Rapid City, SD hub to master careerzynith’s policies, technology platforms, and compliance requirements.
Document call outcomes, escalations, and follow‑up actions in the CRM system, contributing to accurate reporting and continuous improvement.


Essential Qualifications

Minimum 6 months of customer service experience in any industry, or equivalent experience gained through military service.
Ability to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (details provided during the hiring process).
Residency within a 2½‑hour commute of Rapid City, SD, to accommodate occasional on‑site training.
Proficiency with computers, including multitasking across multiple windows, typing while speaking, and navigating Microsoft Outlook.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities, with a track record of resolving complex issues efficiently.
Excellent verbal communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Legal authorization to work in the United States; careerzynith does not sponsor employment visas.
