• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Delta's services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer experience, and document customer interactions in our CRM system
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using computers and CRM software, and ability to work independently in a remote environment
