**Job Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
* Provide top-notch customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Issue, reissue, and refund traveler tickets, as well as book and confirm flight reservations
* Rebook travelers on oversold flights and during irregular operations
* Perform passenger check-in and front seat assignment, as well as resolve oversold seat assignments and issue upgrades
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
**Requirements:**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree
* **Communication and Problem-Solving Skills:** Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. You'll need to be able to effectively communicate with customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
* **Adaptability:** The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations is crucial. You'll need to be able to think on your feet and respond to unexpected situations with ease.
* **Language Skills:** Bilingual language skills are desired, but not required. If you're fluent in multiple languages, this is a definite plus!
* **Driver's License:** A valid driver's license is required by local authorities, but you won't need to use it for this role.
* **Background Check:** You'll need to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and fingerprinting (as required).
