[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to support families and providers in the community. This role involves handling a high volume of inbound calls, scheduling appointments, providing information on community resources, and managing email communications. Responsibilities Handling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathy Scheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiries Providing general information on available community resources Accurately gathering details and entering information into various databases Managing email communication and updating records Assisting providers with questions or requests Skills Bilingual proficiency in English & Spanish - Required (read, write, speak) Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volume Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate) High reliability with consistent attendance and punctuality Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity Compassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approach Strong customer service and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues High school diploma (Associate Degree preferred) Benefits Opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and families.
