About the position The Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Spanish) role at EssilorLuxottica involves providing high-quality support to customers through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media. The representative is responsible for resolving customer issues, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall revenue of Luxottica Retail. This position requires fluency in Spanish and a commitment to delivering exceptional service on the first contact. Responsibilities β’ Assists customers telephonically and non-telephonically with service and support issues. β’ Resolves problems utilizing department tools, resources, business judgment, and expertise, resulting in increased customer satisfaction and retention. β’ Acts as a positive role model by demonstrating continuous performance improvement and support of department and company objectives. β’ Ensures productivity, revenue generation, and quality levels are met to exceed customer and Luxottica Retail expectations. β’ Uses courteous and professional language in all communications. β’ Works effectively in a team environment to create win-win resolutions to problems. Requirements β’ High School diploma or equivalent. β’ 1+ year(s) experience in a customer service environment. β’ Fluency in Spanish. β’ Ability to produce quality and professional written correspondence with customers. β’ Ability to demonstrate and perform basic math skills. β’ Customer service orientation with a commitment to resolving customer issues on the first contact. β’ Intermediate PC knowledge, working knowledge of Windows operating systems, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. β’ Strong English and Spanish comprehension with good grammar. Nice-to-haves β’ Associate degree or higher. β’ Previous experience in a telephonic or personal customer contact position. β’ Luxottica Retail store/field experience.
