[Remote] Customer Service Representative (Bilingual Creole Required)

Early Learning Coalition of Palm Beach County, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their mission to empower families. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for callers, handling a high volume of inbound calls and providing support and resources to families and providers in the community.ResponsibilitiesHandling a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism and empathyScheduling appointments and responding to client and provider inquiriesProviding general information on available community resourcesAccurately gathering details and entering information into various databasesManaging email communication and updating recordsAssisting providers with questions or requestsSkillsBilingual proficiency in English & Creole– Required (read, write, speak)Minimum 6 months of call center or customer service experience, especially with high call volumeStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent data entry and typing skills (swift and accurate)High reliability with consistent attendance and punctualityAbility to handle confidential information with sensitivityCompassionate, empathetic mindset with a customer-first approachStrong customer service and communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to troubleshoot basic tech issuesAssociate Degree preferredBenefitsOpportunity to make a real impact in the lives of children and families.Collaborative, mission-driven team environmentCompetitive pay, benefits and opportunities for growth.Company OverviewOur Mission: Building community-wide commitment for comprehensive, high-quality early learning environments that benefit the children and families of Palm Beach County.
