As the first point of contact, you’ll represent our airline, offering solutions and making our passengers’ travel experiences unforgettable. You’ll handle customer inquiries, reservations, ticketing, and other related tasks. Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

2. Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding flight reservations, ticketing, and other services.

3. Offer information about our services, including flight schedules, pricing, and promotions.

4. Assist passengers with special needs or requests.

5. Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer service experience.

6. Maintain customer records by updating account information.

7. Stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

Job Requirements:

5. Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal permission to work within the U.S.

Basic Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent.
