Delivering consistently excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless experience across all touchpoints
Performing various airport-related tasks, including check-in, security, gates, and arrivals (where applicable)
Conducting security checks, screening passengers, and accompanying them as needed
Working closely with Lead Specialists to ensure smooth operations and taking direction from them
Completing administrative tasks, such as pre-flight and post-flight departure procedures
Representing American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
Promoting and selling American Airlines services and products to clients
Requirements for Success:
To excel in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree and relevant work experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A solution-oriented approach and ability to resolve conflicts within time constraints
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
A customer-focused mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluency in English and German, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
Reliability, flexibility, and a strong work ethic
