As a key member of our London Heathrow customer services team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations. Job Summary:
Provide consistently excellent customer service across all contact points
Perform various airport-related tasks, including check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, baggage services, and ticketing (ATAC)
Collaborate closely with the team leader and follow instructions to ensure smooth daily operations
Conduct administrative tasks, such as ATAC, pre-flight, and post-flight departure duties
Represent American Airlines by adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach
Promote and sell American Airlines services and products to customers
Attend and complete all required training within given timeframes
Adhere to and promote safe working practices at all times
Requirements for Success:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a solution-oriented approach
Ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints
Strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face customer interactions
Ability to work effectively in a stress environment with minimal supervision
Well-groomed appearance and ability to represent the company at all times
Willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank holidays, and public holidays
Reliability, punctuality, and compliance with all American Airlines policies and procedures
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Valid BAA airside pass and GSAT training (or willingness to obtain)
Valid DVLA driving license (or willingness to apply for a BAA driving license)
