[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative who will handle client inquiries, schedule evaluations, and maintain confidentiality while providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients, attorneys, and claimants Schedule and coordinate Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs), including selecting the appropriate reviewer Maintain confidentiality and securely manage claimant information Coordinate transportation and translation services as needed Retrieve and review medical records from the Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) website Address and resolve client concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary Assist with sales leads and ensure accurate billing for translation/transportation services Skills High School Diploma required Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Strong phone communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Customer-focused approach with adaptability to different personalities Excellent communication and presentation skills Benefits Complete Health Coverage: Comprehensive Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance packages to ensure your well-being.
