[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative role involves answering incoming calls from customers, assisting them with their inquiries, and resolving complex issues through research and collaboration. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to navigate computer systems effectively.ResponsibilitiesAnswer 50-70 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance the customer needsAsk appropriate questions and listen actively to identify specific questions or issues while documenting required information in computer systemsResearch complex issues across multiple databases and work with support resources to resolve customer issues and/or partner with others to resolve escalated issuesScheduling appointments for patients - entering and updating demographicsSkillsHigh School Diploma / GED OR equivalent work experienceMust be 18 years of age OR older1+ years of experience in a medical environment (i.e. office, administrative, clerical, customer service, etc.) using phones and computers as the primary job toolsFamiliarity with computer and Windows PC applications, which includes the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applicationsKnowledge of Medical TerminologyAbility to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday - Friday. Employees are required to work our normal business hours of 8:00am - 5:00pm MST.
