[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Aditi Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative to resolve customer inquiries regarding plan benefits, claim payments, and eligibility. This role involves responding to inquiries via various communication channels while meeting statistical performance measures and providing excellent customer service.ResponsibilitiesResearch and responds to inquiries via telephone, email, walk-in, and mail from internal and external customers in accordance with custom designed benefit plansMeets set statistical performance measures such as length of each call and daily call volumeActs as a liaison between customers, internal departments, vendors, and business associatesAssists with the training of other team membersParticipate in ongoing training to further knowledge of regulations, software systems, policies and procedures, and develop skills to accurately fulfill requirements of the jobAdheres to all Customer Service policies and proceduresSkillsAssociate's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum of six months' work experience.
