[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Global Talent Scouts is a global staffing service seeking a Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with people and resolving issues. The role involves handling inbound calls, providing information about healthcare plans, and ensuring a positive experience for all callers.ResponsibilitiesHandle high volume inbound calls supporting members with choice counseling when selecting the most appropriate health care plan to meet their needsAccurately document member information and call notesProvide accurate information and provide a positive experience to all callers, including potential Providers and local county offices in addition to members and/or authorized representativesComplete outbound follow-up calls as appropriateDe-escalate callers when handling complaints and/or grievances, escalating if appropriateHandle up to three (3) incoming chat sessions from members and/or authorized members to answer questions, or assist with enrollments, disenrollments and appealsComplete offline work tasks as neededOther duties as assignedSkillsHigh School Diploma (or GED equivalent) is required; Associate's degree is preferred1-3 years of inbound call center customer service experience is required, healthcare is preferredDemonstrated ability to remain positive and professional during stressful periodsAbility to work in a high speed environmentAttention to detailProven ability to effectively multi-task, and complete work timely and accuratelyProficient typing skills with attention to accuracy and quality is essentialSolid computer skills including: Excel, Microsoft Word and OutlookSolid verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to read and interpret policies, procedures and instructionsAssociate's degree is preferredHealthcare experience is preferredKnowledge of Medicaid is a plusBenefitsRemote / Work from homeBring Your Own Device (BYOD) per attached specsTraining Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm ESTTraining Duration: 2 Weeks - 100% attendance is expectedNesting Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm ESTNesting Duration: 1 Week - 100% attendance is expectedCompany OverviewGlobal Talent Scouts (acquired Platinum Plus Management) is a global staffing solution that delivers top talents that client companies can hire with confidence today for results now and in the future.
