[Remote] Customer Service Representative

The role involves processing orders, addressing customer needs, and ensuring a positive experience while adhering to company standards.ResponsibilitiesProvide prompt, accurate and courteous responses to customersSolve routine and complex problems (Contact supervisor immediately for problems unable to solve)Answer incoming customer service orders as soon as possibleDisplay active listening and superior customer service skills for both external & internal customersDocument activity to the DDF systemConsistently check appropriate DDF screen for report results to call back to customerDisplay the ability to enter orders manually via our fax processDisplay the ability to operate the phone system effectivelyAdhere to work scheduleOther duties as assignedSkillsAbility to work independently and as a teamMust demonstrate the ability to perform the different tasks they have been trained for in the call center.
