[Remote] Customer Service Representative

This role involves delivering delegated technical and administrative tasks, resolving non-routine issues, and ensuring optimal client experience through effective communication and operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesDelivers specific delegated technical, administrative, or operative tasks assigned by a supervisorParticipate in preparing and reviewing statements and document related to business operations / Finance OperationsAssists in the production levels and effective processing controls and related reporting in accordance with established proceduresCompletes day-to-day tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team membersTasks involve a degree of forward planning and anticipation of needs/issuesResolves non-routine issues escalated from more junior team membersAdministrators: responsible for contributing to day-to-day function to include but not limited to ensuring optimal client experience, communication with multiple departments, prescriber office outreach, measuring and reporting outcomesSubject matter expert on product processes available to answer team's clarifying questionsIdentifies areas of opportunity for operational efficiencies to ensure optimal team performanceSupporting departmental projectsResolve non-routine issues escalated from junior team membersDay-to-day operational functions related to assigned productCoordination of clinical interventions to include reviewing and sorting progress notes and clinical documents, coordinating assignment with clinical pharmacist, and audit of document formatting for accuracy before delivery to prescribers’ officeContacts prescriber offices to gather information, coordinate delivery of intervention documentation, and schedule teleconferences between prescriber and clinical pharmacistResponds to inquiries or requests regarding additional information from clients, different departments, and/or others for information and assistanceSkillsHigh School Diploma OR GED RequiredPharmacy Tech Certification OR Registered Pharmacy Technician, strongly preferred(or 2+ years' relevant Pharmacy Technician experience)Experience in managed care, pharmacy technician or workers' compensation claims, strongly requestedCustomer ServiceCommunicationOrganization and time managementAttention to detailMS Office ProductsData entryCommunicates EffectivelyTechnically SavvyDelivery Focused: Action OrientedPharmacy Tech Certification OR Registered Pharmacy Technician, strongly preferred(or 2+ years' relevant Pharmacy Technician experience)BenefitsMedicalDentalVision401K (provided minimum eligibility hours are met)Company OverviewThe Cigna Group is a healthcare firm that focuses on providing hospital services and innovative solutions for better health.
