[Remote] Customer Service Representative

They are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their Naborhood Success Team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and supporting clients and their families with empathy and care. Responsibilities Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for clients, their caregivers and Nabors (our independent contractors) via phone and email, ensuring timely, thoughtful, and solution-oriented responses Address questions, concerns, and requests with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on resolution Monitor and review billing to ensure clarity and accuracy for clients Proactively identify and resolve operational or technical issues that may impact the customer experience Communicate potential issues or concerns clearly and promptly with the appropriate team members Support onboarding of Nabors, including conducting interviews and reviewing documentation for compliance Maintain a strong understanding of the Naborforce platform to confidently guide and support users Assist with inside sales by helping prospective clients understand the value of Naborforce Continuously look for ways to improve processes and enhance the overall customer journey Contribute to special projects that support growth and service excellence Skills Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with our clients, their families, and our Nabors.
