OVERVIEW:

Join a leading Pharmacy Benefit Services (PBM) organization that is dedicated to enhancing the healthcare experience for over 33 million members through exceptional customer service. We are currently seeking a talented Remote Customer Service Representative to promptly address customer inquiries and support their needs.

TITLE: Customer Service Representative - Remote

DURATION: 6 months contract with high potential for extension.

PAY RATE: $18.83/hr. on W2 contract.

WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible availability required for a 24/7 call center environment with specific available shifts including:
• 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Tue - Sat)
• 9:30 am - 6:00 pm (Sun - Thu)
• 1:30 pm - 10:00 pm (Sat - Wed)
• 10:30 am - 7:00 pm (Fri - Tue)

SELECTION PROCESS: Interviews conducted via video using Zoom or MS Teams.

IMPORTANT WORK-FROM-HOME REQUIREMENTS:
• A wired LAN connection from the modem/router to your desktop or laptop is mandatory; wireless connectivity is not permitted.
• The client will provide a 2-meter LAN cable, but candidates must provide longer lengths if necessary.
• Candidates are required to have a table and office chair.
• Video usage during training, team meetings, and client-required sessions is expected.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Engage with customers to provide information and address inquiries regarding products and services.
• Resolve service or billing complaints through efficient processes such as exchanges, refunds, and billing adjustments.
• Communicate with customers to provide updates on inquiries and claim investigations.
• Document customer interactions and actions taken to ensure accurate records.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a high call volume environment.
• Familiarity with computer applications, particularly MS Outlook and data entry software.
• Aptitude for accurately documenting customer information.
• Proficient in navigating computer software and dual screens.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Preferred Skills: A pharmacy background is a plus. Bilingual candidates fluent in Hmong, Spanish, or Mien are especially encouraged to apply.
