Handle and respond to all customer inquiries with care and attention

Resolve issues on the first call by taking a proactive approach
Work with confidential customer information while treating it sensitively
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
Must be over 18 years of age
High School Graduate or GED
Ability to type at least 25 words per minute
Proven oral and written communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
6 months of call center experience
Logical problem-solving skills
Availability to work various shifts
Familiarity with Windows operating systems
Strong organization and work prioritization skills
