* Proficient in using computers, CRM systems, and other relevant software applications.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
* Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
Experience:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable, preferably in a remote or virtual setting.
