Responsibilities
• Customer Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media, providing accurate information, troubleshooting assistance, and resolution to their concerns. * Order Processing: Assist customers with placing orders, processing payments, and tracking shipments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness throughout the order fulfillment process. * Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors as needed. * Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of Seahawk Services' products, services, and policies to provide informed assistance and recommendations to customers. * Customer Feedback: Collect and document customer feedback, suggestions, and complaints, providing insights to management for continuous improvement of products and services. * Technical Support: Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting guidance to customers experiencing difficulties with Seahawk Services' digital platforms, websites, or applications. * Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. * Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and optimize the overall customer experience.
Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred. * Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related roles preferred. * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse customers in a professional and courteous manner. * Empathy: Demonstrated empathy and patience in handling customer inquiries and complaints, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. * Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly assess situations, identify solutions, and take appropriate action. * Technology Proficiency: Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and other digital tools; familiarity with help desk software or customer service platforms is a plus. * Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to accommodate customer needs and business demands.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $18.00 - $25.00/hour.
