Remote Customer Service Representative

We are actively looking to hire a Customer Service Trainee, this will be a remote position, this individual will have to reside in the Central Coast, in effort to support our clients in the Central Time Zone. Your primary responsibility will be to keep the client engaged throughout the resolution process. You will serve as the first line of response to clients and will be their primary point of contact throughout their services.
Your daily tasks will include but are not limited to:
? Contacting clients to request documents required to properly service their case.
? Respond to inquiries from existing clients, receive inbound calls for status updates and execute outbound calls to provide status updates.
? Conduct financial analysis of taxpayers income, expenses and assets.
? Manage and prioritize cases depending on complexity.
? Interact with clients, Tax Professionals and other departments.
? Use time management skills to prioritize daily workload.
? Always provide an exceptional customer service experience in every customer facing interaction.
Qualifications:
? 2+ years in a Case Management role preferred
? Superior Customer Service skills
? A strong multitasker with excellent organizational skills
? Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and IRS Representatives
? Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
? Proficient Computer skills
? Team player with a strong work ethic
Requirements:
? Tax resolution experience or knowledge of tax resolution processes (preferred).
? Knowledge and application of English grammar including composition, editing and proofreading skills.
? Capable and a self-starter work ethic
? Research and develop strategies to defend the taxpayers position
? Ensure security from any collection enforcement to prevent levies
? Conduct financial analysis of taxpayers income, expenses, and assets (will train)
? Assemble documents and present to government agency
? Interact with Tax Professionals, clients, and other departments
? Prioritize caseload and assignments
? Multitask while working with customers and navigating our computer systems.
? Other tasks and duties as needed
