Job OverviewHEC Income Tax Preparation is seeking a professional and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to support our growing client base. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high standard of client satisfaction. This is a fully remote opportunity open to applicants residing in the United States only.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chatProvide clear and accurate information regarding company servicesAssist clients with account updates and general support requestsMaintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactionsResolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining professionalismCollaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious customer service, administrative, or client support experience preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency with computers and common communication platformsAbility to work independently in a remote environment
