- Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies
- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Motivated and dedicated attitude
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
