Must have reliable, high-speed internet and a closed-door room that is distraction-free to work remotely from.
Description:
The Customer Care Rep answers inbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism.
Will take 75+ calls a day
