This a Full Remote job, the offer is available from: Texas (USA) Remote Customer Service Rep Remote Customer Service Rep Details Hours of operation: Mon-Fri , 8am to 8pm EST - Must be able to work ANY 8 hour shift during this window. Training: 2 weeks of training from 9:00am - 5:30pm EST Duration: 3-month contract. Some top performers will be converted to permanent positions! Location : Remo te from anywhere in the US. Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Start Date: November 25th Remote Customer Service Rep Job Description • Handling inbound/outbound calls from members and providers, inputs data, and provides a high level of customer service always extending courtesy and professionalism. • A majority of the calls are to/from members that are eligible for a Silver Sneakers program through specific Medicare plans. Remote Customer Service Rep Qualifications • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience • Call center experience preferred! • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings, adjusting the message to match the audience • PC skills with proficiency using Windows and MS Office • Ability to empathize and understand the needs of the customer • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Proficiency multi-tasking, prioritizing and meeting deadlines Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
