Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Payment Collection Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers with payment collections and resolving their queries in a professional and empathetic manner. Your key responsibilities will include: Making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collections and provide support. Providing knowledgeable answers to customer queries, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and effectively. Maintaining accurate customer records and notes using a standard keyboard. Receiving tips and feedback from managers to continually improve performance and customer satisfaction. Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure consistent and high-quality responses. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting. A background in retail, sales, or wait staff (these backgrounds have been successful in this role). A reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home. A GED or High School Diploma.
