Requirements:
2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in an airport or airline environment
Proven leadership experience, with a strong track record of driving team performance and customer satisfaction
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
