- Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via live chat
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies

- Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals
*Requirements:**
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using live chat platforms and CRM systems
- High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
