What you will be doing: The Customer Service Chat Representative provides support for customers based on their needs to provide a positive and successful customer experience. Individuals must be sociable with a capability for providing professional and clear answers to customers? concerns and requests.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Must have a device able to access social media and app based chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop). Be able to work independently. Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions. Have 10+ hours availability per week. Reliable internet connectivity.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
