Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Assist customers in booking flights and managing reservations
Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Update customer information and maintain accurate records
Provide customers with detailed information about our services and policies
Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Stay informed about company updates and industry trends
Educational Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
