- Maintaining knowledge of dealership systems, technologies, marketing campaigns, and manufacturer updates
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proficiency in phone and computer systems
- Professional and courteous communication skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Previous experience in call center and appointment setting roles
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
