**Key Responsibilities:**
* Understand all inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure seamless customer interactions
* Take all overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered in a timely manner
* Assist customers with appointment scheduling and provide world-class service
* Work closely with Service Managers to ensure that every customer experience is exceptional
* Maintain a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies
* Stay up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed customer interactions
**Qualifications:**
* Proficiency on phones and computer, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality
* Ability to provide a world-class experience to our customers
* Call Center and Appointment Setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
* Organized, detailed, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
* Bilingual is a strong plus, but not required
