Duties

ā¢ Handle outbound calling to follow up on customer inquiries and gather feedback.
ā¢ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
ā¢ Utilize Microsoft Office applications to document communications and generate reports.
ā¢ Demonstrate effective phone etiquette while managing multiple calls in a fast-paced environment.
ā¢ Collaborate with team members to improve client services and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
ā¢ Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements based on insights gathered during interactions.
ā¢ Process cash handling transactions accurately when required.
Experience
ā¢ Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
ā¢ Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a significant advantage, particularly in English and other languages.
ā¢ Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
ā¢ Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
ā¢ Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, showcasing strong analysis skills to address their needs efficiently.
