Remote Customer Service Assistant
Job Description:
Corning is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we require candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, hardworking, possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to effectively manage... people.
Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
2. Assist with order processing and tracking
3. Provide product information and recommendations to customers
4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance job performance
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
3. Ability to adapt to changing situations and work in a fast-paced environment
4. Experience with people management is a plus
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
6. High school diploma or equivalent required
