? Inform customers about airline promotions, loyalty programs, and additional services, encouraging participation and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
? Document and maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in CRM system.
Requirements
? Previous experience in customer service or related field.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Strong customer service orientation with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining customer satisfaction.
? Proficiency in using computer systems and office applications for data entry and communication purposes.
