What You'll Do
Answer inbound calls and be the friendly, positive voice customers look forward to hearing.
️ Troubleshoot tech issues, helping callers with basic equipment navigation and opening support tickets.
Schedule appointments at designated locations.
Document calls thoroughly, including questions, complaints, and resolutions.
Make follow‑up calls to keep customers informed.
Deliver friendly, fast, professional service every time.

What You Need
Remote‑ready setup: Reliable high-speed internet, ability to troubleshoot basic tech issues, and a private workspace.
Equipment: Computer and monitor provided by DVS, and USB‑wired headset provided by you.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; advanced education a plus.
Credentialing: Ability to complete an extensive credentialing and background check process.
Communication skills: Clear, confident, and able to build rapport quickly.
⏰ Schedule: Training 9:00a - 4:30p - . Regular M-F 9:30a - 6:00p & Sat 8:00a - 12:00p Eastern Standard Time
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!
