Customer Service Representative
As a customer service representative, the candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service and is capable of working independently
This an independent contractor position we are looking to fill. Not temporary or seasonal positions we are looking for full-time or part-time agent!
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
- Ability to remain calm and composed while dealing with challenging situations
