Responsibilities and Duties
Managing client interactions via phone, email, chat
Booking appointments on behalf of our clients
Problem resolution
Excellent phone interaction skills
Coordinating with photographers, processors and office staff as needed
Qualifications and Skills
Attendance is paramount, as our customers depend on it
Positive, outgoing, team oriented attitude
Superior oral and written communication skills
Customer Service experience in a fast-paced setting a must
Attention to detail and accuracy
High school diploma
Strong computer skills
Pass background check
Texas resident
Pay:
$14.20/hr at start
40 hours/week
$15.00/hr after successful 60 day probation. Eligible for benefits after probation
