[Remote] Customer Service Advocate II - Outbound

RemoteHunter is connecting candidates with leading employers, and they are seeking a Customer Service Advocate II to provide customer care support through outbound calls. The role involves delivering education and information on product updates while ensuring a successful experience for members and providers. Responsibilities Reach out to members and/or providers for educational or informational purposes to support solutions or concerns Escalate calls when providers cannot deliver solutions Serve as front-line support for member and/or provider inquiries, requests, or concerns Assist with product awareness campaigns, policy changes, directory audits, provider satisfaction surveys, and basic claims outreach Maintain performance and quality standards based on contact center metrics Expand knowledge of primary market and/or plan, with potential to cover additional markets or plans requiring minor research Document demographics, call summaries, and communications for quality and performance tracking through CRM applications Stay up-to-date and adhere to quality standards, regulations, and policies to ensure consistency and compliance Perform other duties as assigned Comply with all policies and standards Skills High School diploma or GED required 1 to 2 years of related experience required Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to prior work experience Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future Experience in a contact center environment preferred Benefits Competitive pay Health insurance 401K and stock purchase plans Tuition reimbursement Paid time off plus holidays Flexible work options including remote, hybrid, field, or office schedules Company Overview RemoteHunter is your dedicated AI job search assistant, turning the job hunt from a slow, individual effort into a quicker, smarter, and guided experience by streamlining each step of the process and speeding up your path to the right career opportunities.
