Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service Advocate:
Ā Handling inbound behavioral calls regarding benefits eligibility/claims status
Ā Respond to customer inquiries via telephone and written correspondence in a timely and appropriate manner
Ā Respond to telephone or written correspondence inquiries from members and/or providers within established timeframes utilizing current reference materials and available resources
Ā Provide assistance to members and/or providers regarding website registration and navigation
Preferred Qualifications but not required for Customer Service Advocate:
Ā 1 year of healthcare call center experience
Ā Behavioral/Crisis call experience preferred

There is the potential for 1 rotating Saturday shift per month during the busy season
