The Mission As a Customer Advocate, you'll be a healthcare hero for 50 to 70 people every day. You'll navigate the world of primary care doctors , medications , appointments , and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and amazing social skills . And the best part? You'll make a real impact on people's lives ♥. Start: TWO groups starting either October 6th or 20th, 2025 Training: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (5 weeks) Regular Schedule: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday; 11:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday All times are Eastern Standard A pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check are required prior to employment.
