They are seeking a Customer Service representative to provide empathetic support, listen to member needs, and deliver tailored solutions in a remote work environment. Responsibilities Communicate with members via phone and email, providing empathetic support in every interaction Listen to member needs and deliver tailored solutions to their unique financial situations Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices Accurately document member interactions and activities for record-keeping Assist with onboarding and account setup for new members Skills Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment High school diploma or equivalent Availability for an 8-hour shift between 6am - 8pm People-focused approach with a solution-oriented mindset Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls Experience in a digital finance or financial services environment Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, to assist a diverse member base Benefits 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision coverage Wellness support Financial assistance through various programs Company Overview At Prism Data Consulting, we transform raw information into strategic insights.
