Responsibilities
Ā Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Ā Interact with and support other departments.
Ā Work with leadership team to monitor and manage equipment utilization.
Ā Identify growth opportunities.
Ā Provide input into the development and management of customers' accounts.
Skills and qualifications
Ā Bachelor degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Ā Two plus years of customer service experience preferred.
Ā Leadership experience preferred.
Ā Have strong written and oral communication skills.
Ā Able to manage multiple priorities.
Ā Ability and desire to work on-site, in person, at a Schneider facility as part of a team.
