In addition, the Trip Assignment Specialist will occasionally answer calls and coordinate trips which come in during the evening hours.
Responsibilities
Ā Assign trips to dispatchers in the Health-E Rides system (approx 700-900 per night)
Ā Build dispatchers daily schedules with breaks and lunches taken into consideration
Ā Determine which dispatchers are eligible for certain trips based on the language spoken by the member
Ā Stack trips to contracted Care Partners
Ā Answer inbound calls from members during evening hours
Ā Coordinate evening trips as they come in
Ā Assist with Care Partner related administrative tasks such as payment processing
Ā Assist with Level 1 administrative tickets in Zendesk
Requirements
Ā Previous experience in dispatching and coordinating transportation
Ā Healthcare experience preferred
Ā Consistently reliable and able to work evening shifts
