At Teleperformance, the sky is the limit! Your ResponsibilitiesAs a Pre-Licensed Representativeare required to use excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines.
The position is responsible for resolving high level consumers issues in a fast-paced environment.Resolve complex consumer issues and advise first level representatives on high level issues.
Assist policy holders with billing questions and concernsProvide support to policy holders with any policy changes requestedSupport policy holders needs by providing recommendations and adjusting as necessaryWe're looking for fearless people people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do.
6 months customer service experience minimumOver 18 years of ageAbility to type 25 wpmHigh School Graduate or GEDComfort with desktop computer systemProven oral & written communication skills6 months Call Center experience, preferredLogical problem-solving skillsAvailability to work various shifts Ability to use Windows operating systemsOrganization and work prioritization skillsWork from Home Requirements : Internet Connection Requirements : Minimum subscribed download rate equal or exceeds 12.
