[Remote] Customer Marketing Lead

Cypress HCM is seeking an experienced Customer Marketing Lead to provide leave-of-absence coverage for a Customer Marketing Manager supporting the Creative Professionals segment within Adobe's Global Marketing Organization. This individual will drive integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs while partnering closely with various marketing teams and agency partners.ResponsibilitiesLead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and always-on programs aligned to business priorities and customer insightsDevelop integrated marketing briefs connecting strategy, audience, creative, channels, and measurementPartner with Brand Studio, Product Marketing, Media, Regional Marketing, and external agencies to execute campaignsManage campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and cross-functional coordinationProvide strategic input throughout creative development and review cyclesEnsure campaigns remain customer-focused, impactful, and aligned to brand standardsMonitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve future initiativesDrive stakeholder alignment across multiple teams and prioritiesMaintain continuity across active marketing programs during team member leave coverageSkills7+ years of experience in customer marketing, integrated marketing, campaign management, or related marketing leadership rolesProven track record leading complex, cross-functional marketing initiativesStrong understanding of integrated marketing across brand, digital, social, media, and content channelsExperience developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaignsStrong project management and stakeholder management capabilitiesAbility to manage competing priorities and influence cross-functional teamsStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actionExcellent communication, presentation, and executive-facing skillsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experienceCompany OverviewCypress HCM is a staffing and recruiting company providing technology and creative recruiting solutions.
