Qualifications
ā¢ Prior customer service or support experience preferred but not required
ā¢ Strong verbal and written communication skills
ā¢ Tech-savvy and comfortable with Google Workspace, CRM tools, and Adobe PDF
ā¢ Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
ā¢ Dependable with a quiet remote work environment and reliable internet
